Fat is liquid gold! - Deepening wrinkles fine lines on the face start to get deeper. These wrinkles are often the result of sun damage to the skin. To treat these you need a resurfacing procedure such as a chemical peel or laser.

How long does the fat last in the face?
Initially you will be swollen after the surgery, then swelling comes down. Typically half the fat we inject will take and what you see at 3 months will likely be there long term.
Can fat grafting to the face be used as part of a non-surgical facelift?
Absolutely, adding volume will help to give the face a more youthful appearance, while fat grafting will not lift tissue that has dropped it will restore volume. Fat grafting is an important part of non-surgical facelift and can be combined with neck liposuction or platysmaplasty if there is banding in the neck.
How is fat grafting to the face performed?
This procedure can be performed under local anesthesia without an IV. Patients usually take a pill to relax them during the process.
What is the recovery for the procedure?
For about one week after the procedure you will have swelling and bruising which will subside.
